The Cams Hall estate consists of two golf courses, the Creek course and the Park course, both of which were designed by Peter Alliss. This year the Cams Hall Pro-Am was played on the Creek course, which measures 6,224yds with the front nine being much more of a Parkland course and the back nine a Links, looking out over the Solent.
This was my first proper visit to Cams Hall (the first being a practice round), and my score for the day possibly reflects this. Caught out by much of the well placed troublesome areas I shot a staggeringly high 80 on a rather short, Par 71. Added to this my team also struggled.
Apart from the golf, both myself and my playing partners enjoyed the day
