Concentration on the Kahrs market

The Nybron Flooring International has sold of Bauwerk to Zurmont Madison Private Equity and EGS Beteiligungen. This particular deal marks the end of Bauwerk’s long professional relationship as part of the NFI group. The Nybron Flooring International will use the net proceedings to bolster their financial standing. This is indeed a wise decision as the move will elevate Nybron Flooring International’s position in the competitive market. The firm will also use the money to strengthen its Kahrs business. It also hopes to improve its marketing and sales strategy. It aims to increase the demand for its products in the international market.

Bauwerk back to Switzerland

The move will bring the Bauwerk back to its Swiss roots. Bauwerk was founded in the year 1944. According to the Nybron Flooring International speaker, Per Skårner, they are delighted with the recent transaction, as it will guarantee the presence of Bauwerk in

St Margrethen and Salzburg. Zurmont Madison – The Founding Partner Werner Schnorf – said that they will support Bauwerk’s ambitious expansion plans.
